Cancellation

Refunds are processed within 7 days after submitting your request. Our VOC specialist will contact you to confirm and collect the required information.
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time is within 7 days after approval.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
